The Incoterm establishes which costs are included and which remain with the buyer. EXW, FOB, and CIF produce different cost structures. Skipping this check can lead to double counting or omitted expense.
3. Add international transport

That can distort the answer if bottles are much heavier. A weight-based allocation could assign more cost to bottles and reveal that the mug line has a better margin than a flat allocation suggested.
